The redesign of the workspace floors at ERGO’s headquarters on Syngrou Avenue in Athens forms part of the broader transformation of the company’s building complex, following the earlier redesign of its ground-floor common areas. Developed by Parthenios architects + associates, the project rethinks the upper office floors as a contemporary workplace that balances transparency, flexibility, and privacy within a clear and highly functional spatial framework.
The architectural concept places workstations along the perimeter in order to maximize access to natural light, while enclosed meeting rooms, phone booths, and support spaces are organized as central islands that structure circulation and support the daily rhythm of the workplace. The result is an office environment designed to encourage collaboration, focused work, and ease of movement, while maintaining a calm and coherent visual language throughout.
inmind was selected to supply and coordinate a complete range of interior solutions for the project, contributing partition systems, furniture, and lounge seating that support the architectural intent with precision and consistency.
From the organization of space to the quality of the workplace experience, each element was chosen to reinforce functionality, visual clarity, and long-term relevance — values we understand and deliver with precision
